Nose

Bright pine and Douglas fir upfront, with subtle floral notes of mountain yarrow and Nootka rose.

Palate

A bold blend of Douglas fir and juniper tempered with mountain yarrow and Nootka rose. Piney, herbaceous, and distinctly Pacific Northwest.

Finish

Production

Distilled in small batches on custom Italian copper pot stills. Carefully selected botanicals are vapor infused and distilled to preserve their bright aromatics and create a balanced, expressive gin with a distinct Pacific Northwest character.

Origin

After the Chehalis Tribe helped overturn the 1834 federal prohibition on tribal distilling in 2018, Kayak Gin became the first spirit legally distilled on Native land in the United States. It represents sovereignty, self-determination, and the Pacific Northwest itself.
