Seattle-based Copperworks Distilling is known for its award-winning American Single Malt Whiskey and its brewer-driven approach to distilling. Talking Cedar produces the single malt wash that becomes the foundation for select Copperworks whiskeys, bringing our brewing expertise into a partnership built around quality, craftsmanship, and a shared belief that exceptional whiskey starts long before it reaches the still.
Bird Creek Distillery
Portland-based Bird Creek Whiskey is dedicated to American Single Malt that showcases rare and heritage barley varieties grown throughout the Pacific Northwest. Talking Cedar produces a single malt for Bird Creek, combining our brewing and distilling expertise with their grain-focused approach to create whiskey that reflects the character, craftsmanship, and agricultural heritage of the region.
Colville Tribes
Cinder Cinnamon Whiskey. Developed in partnership with the Colville Tribes, Cinder Cinnamon Whiskey showcases Talking Cedar’s end-to-end beverage development capabilities. From concept, recipe development, and label design to distilling, bottling, packaging, and production, our team brought the Colville Tribes’ vision to life from start to finish.
Finnriver Farm & Cidery
Finnriver is a Washington-based cidery known for its orchard-driven ciders and commitment to regional agriculture. Talking Cedar produces an apple brandy for Finnriver, transforming their cider-making expertise and Pacific Northwest fruit into a spirit that carries the character of the orchard into the bottle.
Old Log Cabin
Old Log Cabin Distillery is a Washington craft distillery focused on traditionally made American whiskey. Talking Cedar produces bourbon low wine for Old Log Cabin, providing an important early stage in the distilling process and bringing our production expertise and capabilities to a partnership centered on quality, consistency, and craft.
